About us
The Reich Company is a general contracting company in Milwaukee County specializing in concrete, demolition, and epoxy flooring. Adam Reich started the company in 2017, and became a licensed general contractor in 2021. But don’t let the company’s short history fool you. The family-owned business employs some of the most experienced masons, carpenters, and cement finishers in the industry. Adam Reich has worked in the family construction and masonry business owned by his two uncles since he was a kid. He started finishing concrete when he was 18. Working alongside his father and two uncles, he learned the construction trade from three exceptional teachers.
When a death in the family closed the family’s construction business after 40 years, Adam Reich decided to pick up where his uncles left off. The Reich Family now employs several members of the Reich family, along with several Laborers Local 113 union members. The family members have worked together for years, so they are all on the same page. Clients can ask anyone at the job site a question and get the answer they need.
